Jorge Chavez
Credentials: 15 years of Personal Training experience, accredited via NASM. Certified in Bulgarian Bag, TRX, TRX RIPP, SPIN, AXLE Training, and ZUU (high-intensity interval training)
Jorge developed his empathy and diligence for getting the best out of his clients while growing up in the rougher streets of San Francisco from the ’80s to ’90s. Jorge’s inspirational life story drives his passion for excellence and accountability in helping his personal training clients.
Jorge has helped thousands of people reach their fitness goals in his 10+ years of experience at Crunch Gym as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. While there, Jorge built up a loyal and strong set of personal training clients who love his fun, no-nonsense, and effective approach to wellness. Many credit Jorge as a “literal lifesaver” and he’s earned the national Fitness Instructor of the year award in 2006, and was nationally nominated as Group Fitness Instructor of the year in 2019.
Paty Martos
Credentials: Certified Yoga Teacher (200 hours), Yin Yoga Certified, Urbankick (kickboxing), Indoor cycling by Schwinn, Zumba, Barre
Paty started her wellness journey initially as a chef, focusing on healthy eating and clean, nutritious food and preparation. Paty is passionate about empowering and guiding everyone in their fitness journey towards more self-care, self-love, and respect for their own body. In addition to personal training and leading group classes, Paty also runs a vibrant Youtube channel for the older adult population who want to work on strengthening themselves from home.

Courtney Buck is a registered dietician and the founder of B-nutrition. Courtney has worked in hospitals, primary care, and now leads her own private practice. She was one of the lead dietitians with Lever Health and has a wide range of experience with different ages, genders, and goals. Her balanced and thoughtful approach is aimed to guide you through your nutrition journey using behavior modification, support, and evidence-based practice all while creating sustainable and realistic changes.
